York Boat Captain – The Book

Remember the summer of 2011 when the historically accurate york boat expedition set out from Dunvegan to adventure all the way down to Fort Vermilion?  Well, whether you were enthralled with the idea or missed it completely, you can catch up again with the book about the expedition: York Boat Captain – 18 Life-Changing Days on the Peace River.  The author, Theresa Griffith, may just be the first woman to captain a york boat.

Read all about it here, including where to get it.  It might make a nice Christmas gift as well 🙂
