October is Library Month, so here’s another post about a local author (it’s amazing how many there are: check the archives in the Authors and Writers category for more!).
Pearl Luke is originally from Peace River. She is the author of two novels, Burning Ground (2000) and Madame Zee (2006). Both are rich in Canadian scenes, history and happenings. And both are available from your local library!
Pearl Luke is also devoted to setting other authors and writers on their way to success. She teaches online for DeVry University and runs a website with all sorts of great tools and tips for writing and publishing. Find what you need at Be a Better Writer with Pearl Luke.
If you’re a writer from the Alberta Peace Country, we’d love to see you in our Authors and Writers category! We’ll host a post of any kind: a sample of your writing, your website or blog, or a blurb about you. Just email firstname.lastname@example.org.
