Railway Map

If you like maps and you like railways, this is the link for you.  It’s a highly zoomifyable map of the earliest railways in Alberta complete with stations, bridges and proposed routes that never came to fruition.  It shows exactly where the ED&BC came through the Spirit River area, and where it would have gone were it ever extended to the west.

  1. I remember when the PGE came to Dawson Creek. It was a big deal then.
