A new restaurant opens March 21st at the five star Grand Hyatt Hong Kong Hotel (yes, that’s in China!). It’s the luxurious Grand Hyatt Steakhouse, complete with seafood and salad bar, wine room with sommelier, and cigar tasting room. Very high class.
And the steaks? They’re proudly advertised as Canadian Heritage Angus Beef – from Spirit River, Alberta! If you order steak at the Grand Hyatt Hong Kong, you’re guaranteed AAA, antibiotic and by-product free beef from a pasture-raised cow in Spirit River, Alberta.
That will go well with the oysters from Normandy, the Maine lobster, Alaskan King Crab and caviar from… well, somewhere apparently not as famous as Spirit River, Alberta!
