Season of Splendor

The splendor of fall has come to Spirit River full force.  Even on a rainy day the colours are strong and gloriously seasonal.  Eastern Canada might be famous for their colour, but here in Spirit River autumn is all ours.  The colours may be different, but they are just as great.  We probably appreciate them more because they are gone so soon.

Here is White Mountain to the south with the geese flying by, a shot of our neighbor, Rycroft, with the elevators and even the tepee visible, and our Ukrainian church contrasting with the yellow.
